Terms and Conditions
Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Power Up Solar & Electrical and the Customer for the sale, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems.
- By accepting a quotation or proceeding with a solar energy system installation, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
System Design and Installation
- Power Up Solar & Electrical will design and install the solar energy system in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
- The Customer agrees to provide clear and unhindered access to the installation site for POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL and its subcontractors.
- POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL reserves the right to modify the system design or installation plan if necessary due to site conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to the Customer for approval.
Permits and Approvals
- POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL will handle the entire permit process, including obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, or inspections from local authorities or utility companies.
Pricing and Payment
- The price for the solar energy system is specified in the quotation and is subject to change based on any modifications to the system design or installation plan.
- The Customer agrees to pay a deposit upon acceptance of the quotation, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation and before system activation.
- If the Customer cancels the agreement after the cooling-off period, the deposit may be non-refundable, and the Customer may be responsible for any costs incurred by POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL up to the point of cancellation.
System Performance and Maintenance
- POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL provides a warranty on the system installation, as specified in the quotation, but does not warrant the performance of the solar panels or other equipment, which are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties.
- The Customer is responsible for maintaining the solar energy system, including regular cleaning of the panels and monitoring for any issues. POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL can provide maintenance services for an additional fee.
Limitation of Liability
- POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL liability for any claims related to the solar energy system installation is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the system.
- POWERUP SOLAR and ELECTRICAL is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the installation or use of the solar energy system.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the solar energy system is installed.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the solar energy system installation will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
- By proceeding with a solar energy system installation, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
